4. Quantitatively Managed (Level 4):

Now, the organization is not just following a standard process but also measuring how well it’s working. They collect data to see where they can improve. It’s like tracking your workout progress—you’re not just exercising, but also measuring your heart rate, calories burned, and progress over time to make sure you’re improving.

5. Optimizing (Level 5):

At this highest stage, the organization is always looking for ways to get better. They continuously improve their processes based on the data they collect. It’s like being a top athlete who’s always refining their technique, trying new strategies, and aiming to break personal records.
