Course Objectives
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Identify common bacterial, viral, fungal, and parasitic diseases in livestock, poultry, and pet animals.
- Understand disease etiology, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and control measures.
- Recognize metabolic and reproductive disorders.
- Understand the importance of zoonotic diseases in Nepal.

- History taking, physical examination, classification of diseases, and modes of disease transmission.
- Common bacterial, viral, protozoal, and parasitic diseases.
- Metabolic, reproductive, and production diseases.
- Poultry diseases.
